WUXI XUETAO GROUP CO., LTD. commonly known as CXTCM has been in business for three decades and in that time has been able to perfect both our products as well as our production technologies. Ever since the early stages of our business we have been focused upon the production of asphalt mixing plants, bitumen storage tank, thermal oil heater and their supporting facilities as our core products.

Currently, CXTCM has four stock controlled subsidiary companies: Wuxi Xuetao Conduction Equipment Co., Ltd., Wuxi Xuetao Mechanical Manufacture Co., Ltd., Wuxi Xuetao Lease Service Co., Ltd. And Jiangsu Xuetao Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.. CXTCM has built two production bases, covering an overall area of 100,000 square meters.

Over the years we have been granted many approvals and certifications from authorities and public institutions, such as ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14000 environmental management system, GB28000, CCC (China Compulsory Certification), and State-level high-tech enterprises and so on.

CXTCM participated in redacting national industrial standards of《Road construction and road maintenance machinery and equipment- Asphalt hot recycling plant》《Batch type asphalt mixing plant》《Requirements for asphalt heat-transfer oil melter》and 《Road construction and road maintenance machinery and equipment-Production line of asphalt mixture in factory building》

CXTCM established the Road Machinery Center with Chang-an University Engineering Machinery Institute in 2000.

Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province approved CXTCM to establish Asphalt Hot Recycled Mixing Plant Technology Center in 2008.

CXTCM acquired the National Vocational Skills Training (Wuxi) Qualification of Asphalt Mixing Plant in 2010.
